Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment when they have not yet been packed, transferred to a carrier, or otherwise prepared for shipment.
After Shipment
Opened, used, temperature-compromised, or customer-handled research materials cannot be returned for resale. Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders are reviewed with photos and the order number.
Documentation Issues
If a certificate of analysis or batch document is missing from a listed product, contact support and we will provide the available documentation or review the order before fulfillment.
